Returns

We want you to truly love your Boa Blonde pieces as much as we do.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for exchange, refund or store credit on full priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note, sale items may be final and not eligible for return.

How to Return

If your return meets the conditions outlined, items can be sent back to our Central Coast HQ.

Once received, our team will process your return within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is deemed faulty by our team.

Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns are assessed upon arrival, and any items returned without tags may not be accepted and will be sent back.

Boa Blonde is not liable for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, however we sincerely apologise if you receive an item that is not as expected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact form. Include your order number and any relevant images, and our team will assist you promptly.
